The intention this Sunday is to reconnect with our essence. Most of us carry layers that dim that bright and rich light, layers that wants to be uncovered for it to shine through even stronger and more often on a daily basis. I will guide you into a seated meditation and alignment, reconecting with your spirit, soul and body and anchoring deeper into that red thread and essence uniting all of your being. We will allow the Alchemy Singing Crystal Bowls to help us bypass our mind letting the intelligence of our human beingness to heal itself and surrender any resistance we might have to receive our own light. We will sip an herbal brew, receive nourishing snacks and embrace the beauty of togetherness. I will share some astrology musing with you and my reflection on the present energies.
